A Deadly Crossover! Welcome to La Petite Mort is a unique crossover expansion that works both for Welcome to... and La Petite Mort - le Jeu. Set in the dark humour universe of the French comic book "La Petite Mort" by Davy Mourier, players will act as the Reaper's son, who has been ordered to wipe the population of your neighborhood. This expansion can be played with both games independently (you do not need to own both) with the same components. Played with Welcome to..., this expansion asks the players to reap the souls of the inhabitants using a particular type of death (drowning in pools, car crash in parks,...) corresponding to the different actions of the game. Faster paced than the original and more streamlined, the expansion changes substantially the original gameplay. Played with La Petite Mort, this expansion asks the players to reach new objectives for their Diploma as the Grim Reaper.They will have to make sure old people are "collected" and avoid the new and young residents, much harder to collect. Adding a new "write" mechanism to the original game, the expansion drastically changes the way the cards are played. —description from the publisher
