Refund Policy

First Premium payment
You may request a refund for your first GamingList Premium payment within 14 days of purchase. Contact us with the email address used for your GamingList account so we can locate the payment.
Subscription renewals
Monthly and annual Premium memberships renew automatically until cancelled. Renewal payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or when a billing error has occurred.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your GamingList membership settings. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and Premium access remains active until then.
Billing errors and service issues
If you were charged incorrectly or cannot access Premium after payment, contact us and we will investigate. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
Statutory rights
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.
