You may request a refund for your first GamingList Premium payment within 7 days of purchase. Contact us with the email address used for your GamingList account so we can locate the payment. Refunds are reviewed manually and are intended for billing mistakes, duplicate payments, or cases where Premium did not work as expected. To prevent abuse, first-payment refunds are normally capped at one approved refund per GamingList account. Accounts that have already received a Premium refund are not eligible for another goodwill refund.
Monthly and annual Premium memberships renew automatically until cancelled. Renewal payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or when a billing error has occurred. Repeated refund requests, duplicate accounts, chargeback abuse, or other refund abuse may lead us to refuse future refunds, restrict access to Premium purchases, or close accounts after review.
You can cancel at any time from your GamingList membership settings. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and Premium access remains active until then.
If you were charged incorrectly or cannot access Premium after payment, contact us and we will investigate. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider. A fully refunded Premium payment may immediately remove Premium access from the associated GamingList account.
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.
