Terms of Service

By creating an account or using GamingList (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• You must be old enough to use the Service in your country (at least 13).

You keep ownership of the content you create — your lists, reviews, and profile. By posting it, you grant us a license to display it on the Service (for example, showing your public reviews and contributing to community scores). You're responsible for what you post, and you agree not to post anything unlawful, infringing, or abusive.

When using GamingList, you agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe others' rights.
• Post spam, harassment, hateful, or misleading content.
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, scrape, or overload the Service.
• Impersonate others or misuse another user's account.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

Game information is provided by IGDB, and live streams by Twitch; Steam library imports rely on Steam's API. We don't control these third parties and aren't responsible for their content or availability. Game titles, cover art, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

• Premium is available as a monthly or annual subscription and renews automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time. Premium access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period.
• Prices and the billing interval are shown before you confirm payment.
• Website purchases are processed by Stripe. You can manage website billing through the billing portal when available.
• Native app purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play through RevenueCat. App-store subscriptions, cancellations, renewals, and refunds are handled by the app store account used for purchase.
• If you buy Premium on one platform, we use your signed-in GamingList account to apply the Premium plan in the Service. Purchase restoration may require you to use the same app-store account and GamingList account.
• Premium features may evolve, but we will not remove access to a paid billing period without a valid reason.

Refunds and withdrawal requests are handled according to our Refund Policy.

GamingList is a passion project provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the Service will always be available, accurate, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Service.

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms.

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. We'll update the “last updated” date when we do.
