About

High Frontier 4 All Module 6 -Odyssey (former names Expansion 1 and also Careers) adds your individual presence into the High Frontier universe, as shown by 2 explorer tokens of your color. Your first explorer shows your location in space, and your second explorer shows your status (overall career progress). The career paths placard is common among players, and adds job competition among your fellow explorers. Odyssey also adds exploration, so that Sites can be surveyed by adding exploration hexes that reveal features such as regolith and volcanoes. A difficulty level listed on these features is the minimum status to prospect them, replacing the size roll found in Core. You also need a particular surveyor to prospect, for instance a submersible is needed to prospect a sub-ocean. The status levels are C, B, A, and Odyssey ends one round of turns after someone reaches the highest status A. You win Odyssey by reaching the highest status (ties broken by VP), which replaces the VP victory conditions found in Core and other Modules. >Number of Players: 1 to 6. >Modules: Can be combined with any Module in the High Frontier 4 All universe, but requires Modules 1 (Terawatt & Futures) and 2 (Colonization). —description from the publisher
