Synopsis:

1999. In the darkness of night an unidentified flying object is discovered. The scientists are flabbergasted. But calculations show that it will collide with Earth in the early morning... It does. News that the object is a weapons-crammed spacecraft strikes everyone with great dismay. Is there War in space? 2.009. Ten years later. Macross -the space cruiser- has been repaired when new UFO's appear in the skies. Their horrifying message: surrender Macross and her crew or total destruction shall be yours..
