A set of two personal assistant cards, for use with Underwater Cities - New Discoveries: Cooper - the contract specialist dog: Draw 3 of the discarded Government Contracts. Choose 1 of them and put the other 2 back in the box. Place the card in your playing area. Only you can complete that contract, at any time, during your turn. After completing it, return it to the box. Flexible Friend - You can always play green cards as if they match the color of any chosen action slot.
