At the Essen Game Fair of 2008, Lookout Games had a special 12 card Special Building promo pack for their new game, Le Havre. After the Fair, Hanno of Lookout Games held a charity auction for the expansion for those who could not attend the Essen Game Fair. This expansion is included in the 2017 edition of Le Havre (background color was changed to orange to signify that its part of an expansion).
