The expansion was published in Spielbox magazine (issue 2011/01) with the approval of 2F-Spiele, but is considered non-official. Spielbox description (see file English Spielbox page with rules entry) is signed by Markus Treis (DasBaerchen) and Charly_Petri. Graphic design of the power plant is attributed to Christof Tisch under close observation by Maura Kalusky. Note that the expansion appeared in "Besser Spielen" section rather than as "Edition Spielbox". So the magazine does not contain any components. There are only rules and a picture of a card - see Files section for those.
